Our mission driven Family Practice clinic has a full-time, day shift opening for an experienced Medical Assistant with phlebotomy skills. This position will support a provider that works part-time at our school based health center at Eagle Point High School and part-time at our White City clinic. Job duties include rooming patients, taking vitals and history, stocking/cleaning rooms and instruments, immunizations, blood draws, phone triage and scheduling of appointments.
THIS IS NOT AN ENTRY LEVEL POSITION. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
Our ideal candidate will have a passion to work with the underserved population, be an organized, detail oriented multi-tasker who is dependable, compassionate, great team player with excellent communication skills. Must have a minimum one year phlebotomy experience, current CPR certification, excellent computer skills and the ability to successfully complete our Medical Assistant Checklist of tasks. Experience with EMR and Bilingual English/Spanish skills highly desirable.
